Product Introduction:

Antibacterial finishing agent MT-501 can be used for the permanent antibacterial finishing of cotton, viscose fibers, and other cellulose fibers, wool, and silk fabrics, as well as polyester, nylon, and spandex fabrics and blended fabrics. This product is widely used for the antibacterial finishing of clothing, towels, bedding, and nonwoven fabrics.

The antibacterial mechanism:

Product MT-501 has a high level of activity, making the polymer positively charged, which makes it easy for various bacteria and viruses, which are usually negatively charged, to adhere. The polymer-formed film blocks the respiratory channels of microorganisms, causing them to suffocate and die rapidly, thus inhibiting their division function and rendering them sterile.

MT-501 is a safe and efficient broad-spectrum antibacterial product that is odorless and colorless, with a fast action and the ability to form a cationic film on the fabric surface, providing long-lasting antibacterial protection.

Appearance: Light green transparent liquid.

Ionicity: weak cationic

Solubility: soluble in water

pH value: 6-7

Application techniques:

The padding method: use 20-40g/l of the substance.

Liquid content: 80-100%.

Drying/Firming: 120-170°C * 1-5 minutes
