Sulfur Black Deepening Silicone Oil MT-304

Product Overview:

This product is a water-soluble emulsion of amino, polyether modified polysiloxane high molecular polymer, which can be used as  textile fabric feel agent, leather brightening, and home care, it has excellent performance, with very little yellowing and stability.

Product Features:

1. It is suitable for all types of fibers, especially cotton, Tencel, PLA and their blended fabrics.

2) Fabrics treated with this product can achieve a deepened and vibrant effect, soft, slip smooth handfeel, and good resilience.

3) It has good stability within the pH range of 3-10 and can be used in garment washing processes and continuous dipping and rolling processes.

4. At high temperatures, it has good film-forming properties and is specifically used to deepen the color of sulfur black-dyed cotton fabrics, which can increase the depth by 40%.

Application Process:

MT-304 is a water-soluble organic silicone emulsion that can be diluted and used directly. It can be used in the process of dipping and rolling and the water washing process of finished garments. The padding process is as follows:

Padding- Drying - Continuous Process (Cotton Fabric and Blends)

MT-304 30– 100 g

pH 5.0 ~ 7.0

Padding rate 65 ~ 85 %

Drying and baking temperature and time 100 ~ 185 ℃ x 1-3 min

Product Packaging:

1. 125-kilogram drum packaging

2, Shelf life is 180 days under closed and cool conditions.
