Product Introduction:
This product is a water-soluble gaint emulsion of amino-modified polysiloxane polymer and silica gel. It can be used as a hand feel agent for textile fabrics, leather polish, home care, etc. It has excellent performance, minimal yellowing, and is stable.
Product Features:
1. It is suitable for all types of fibers, especially cotton, Tencel, PLA and their blended fabrics.
2) Fabrics treated with this product can achieve a comfortable, crisp, slip smooth hand feel and good resilience.
3) It has good stability within the pH range of 3-10 and can be used in garment washing processes and continuous dipping and rolling processes.
4. It does not yellow under high temperature, especially suitable for white or light-colored and sensitive color cotton fabrics.
Application Process:
MT-308 is a water-soluble organic silicone emulsion that can be diluted and used directly. It can be used in the process of dipping and rolling and the water washing process of finished garments. The padding process is as follows:
Padding - Drying - Baking Continuous Process (Cotton Fabrics and Blends)
MT-308 30– 100 g
pH 5.0 to 7.0
Padding rate 65 ~ 85%.
Drying and baking temperature and time: 100 ~ 185 °C x 1-3 minutes
Product Packaging:
1. 125-kilogram drum packaging
2, Shelf life is 180 days under closed and cool conditions.
